Ancient wisdom, carefully translated
Numerastra was born from a simple observation: every numerology app on the market claims to be definitive, and they all disagree with each other.
Why three systems?
Most numerology apps pick one tradition and pretend the others don't exist. We think that's a mistake. Pythagorean, Chaldean, and Vedic numerology each evolved in different civilisations, over different millennia, answering different questions about the human soul.
Instead of forcing a choice, we run your numbers through all three — then show you where they agree. When all three systems point to the same number, that's your synthesis number. It's the most reliable signal you can get from numerology.
Pythagorean
Greek, c. 570 BC. Attributed to Pythagoras. Best for personality, expression, and life purpose.
Chaldean
Babylonian, 4,000+ years old. Considered most accurate by Cheiro for name vibrations and karmic signature.
Vedic (Ankashastra)
Rooted in the Vedas. Links numbers to the nine ruling planets — perfect for remedies and timing.
Built India-first
Most numerology software is built in the US and adapted (poorly) for Indian names. We do the opposite — our engine handles Sanskrit-derived names, compound names, and the Vedic planetary system natively. It also works perfectly for Western names.
We accept UPI, Indian cards, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay. For international users, Stripe handles the payment. Pricing is in rupees (or USD for international) — no hidden currency conversions.
What we won't do
We don't make predictions about your death, your child's future, or the lottery. Numerology is a framework for self-understanding, not a fortune-telling machine.
We don't spam. You get one confirmation email and one receipt per purchase — nothing else, unless you explicitly opt in.
We don't sell your data. Ever. Your name and date of birth stay on your device for free calculations; for paid tiers we store the minimum needed and nothing else.
Our philosophy
Numerology is a lens, not a verdict. It surfaces patterns — patterns you can use for reflection, pattern recognition, and decision-making. Used well, it sharpens self-awareness. Used poorly, it becomes an excuse.
We lean into the first use. Every reading ends with an invitation to go deeper — ask yourself questions, think about your choices, reflect on your relationships. The numbers are just a starting point.
