These terms govern your use of numerastra.com and our services. Using the site means you agree to them.

The service

Numerastra is a numerology calculation and content platform. We provide:

• Free numerology calculators (Pythagorean, Chaldean, Vedic, synthesis, biorhythm, Lo Shu grid, angel numbers).
• Paid tiers with AI guidance, PDF reports, saved profiles, and auspicious date finding.
• Educational content (blog articles, number meanings, glossary).

Not professional advice

Numerastra is an informational and entertainment service. Nothing we provide constitutes professional advice — medical, psychological, legal, financial, or otherwise. Numerology is a symbolic and reflective tool, not a predictive science. Do not use our service to make decisions with significant consequences (medical treatment, legal matters, large financial commitments) without consulting qualified professionals.

Your account

Some features require an account. When you create one:

• You must provide accurate information (real mobile number, real date of birth).
• You must be 18 or older, or have your parent or guardian's consent.
• You're responsible for keeping your mobile number secure. We authenticate via OTP; anyone with access to your mobile can log in.
• One account per person. Don't share accounts — Pro includes 10 profiles for family members instead.

Subscriptions and billing

• Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual).
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all plans. Email support to claim it.
• After 7 days, Pro can still be cancelled but pro-rated refunds are not available except in extraordinary circumstances.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass or harm others (e.g. publishing unauthorised numerological readings of third parties).
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service in bulk.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits.
• Attempt to access data that isn't yours.
• Use the service to spread misinformation, defame people, or violate any law.

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

AI guidance

Our AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) provides numerology interpretations and guidance. Please note:

• AI responses are generated and may contain errors.
• Do not rely on AI guidance for important decisions without cross-referencing.
• We don't claim the AI is infallible, omniscient, or spiritually authoritative.
• Free tier is limited to 2 lifetime questions. Basic tier includes 10 questions. Pro is unlimited within fair-use limits (roughly 200 questions per day).

Intellectual property

Numerastra, including our content, designs, algorithms, and trademarks, belongs to us. You may not copy or distribute our content without permission, except for personal use. Numerology calculations themselves (the traditional methods) are public domain — we don't claim ownership of Pythagoras.

Your data (your name, DOB, your account) belongs to you. You can export or delete it anytime.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We make no warranties about accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose. Numerology interpretations are opinion and tradition, not fact.

Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
